Vendors are spaced for safety and are returning as space allows. Located: corner of Taylor and Olympia in downtown Punta Gorda. Special conditions will be in place to meet with CDC guidelines. Please wear masks, keep social distancing, observe the directional pathways design to help keep you 6ft+ apart and do not attend if you feel unwell. All vendors will have been fever-tested prior to the opening of the market and will administer strict protocols for money handling. No more that two people can be under/around a 10’x10′ tent at any one time. There can be no food sampling allowed. Baby steps – but your market is coming back into a new world! Voted the best small market in Florida and 15th in the USA, they have a large number of vendors offering fruits and vegetables, pickles, jams and jellies, orange juice, German bakery, fresh homemade pasta, kitchenware, cupcakes, beef and fresh seafood, fresh citrus, jewelry, candles and soaps, dip mixes, Florida arts and crafts, cheese, baguettes and olives, homemade pies, orchids, organic produce, personalized pens, kettle corn, coffee beans and drinks, native and exotic plants, natural facial products and all natural smoothies. Live entertainment. The Market now accepts EBT/SNAP cards and as an added bonus is giving 2$ for 1$ when you buy Florida grown produce, citrus or honey. WHY?? Because by doing this people eat more healthy foods and along with that help our local farmers sell more so they can produce more. It’s a win win so c’mon down!!
