Morning Yoga on Englewood BeachYoga aligns the body and mind and often provides a restful reset.

The Yoga Sanctuary in downtown Punta Gorda offers a full range of yoga classes, an array of massage options including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical and Therapeutic, and Reiki treatments. They offer a full schedule, a range of options, and drop-in rates. They can also administer simple Ayurvedic Techniques (Marma Point Therapy) and frequently host special events and retreats, many of which are outdoors. Check their website calendar for the most up-to-date information.

On the other side of our area, Loving Light Yoga facilitates a morning beach yoga class on Englewood Beach. Although it's a bit of a drive, beach yoga is worth it, as the sand adds additional core work and balance to the routines. These sessions are particularly traveler-friendly as they require only a beach towel, a bottle of water, sunscreen, and a donation of at least $5 in cash. No registration is required.

Loving Light Yoga also hosts Sunset Yoga and crystal bowl sound bathing, a waterfront meditation that uses the vibrations of singing bowls to help participants relax.
