Spooky season in Punta Gorda/Englewood Beach means the air gets just a bit cooler, but the water stays warm and the beaches are uncrowded. This means lots of fun during the day and plenty of time in the evening after the sun sets to find fun things to do for Halloween

Halloween Notte

The annual Halloween Notte event at the Charlotte County Fairgrounds is fun for all! With three weekends of festivities in October, leading up to Halloween night, you can go again and again. They typically offer pony rides, bounce houses, a haunted house, axe throwing, zombie paintball, and much more. The whole family will love it!

Halloween Parties

Check on Bert's Black Widow Harley-Davidson® for details of their annual "Bert-O-Ween." This grown-up party is known to feature tequila tasting, psychic readings, pumpkin pie eating contest, costume contest, and more.

TT's Tiki Bar always does something for spooky season, and it's pretty much guaranteed to feature live music.

Lighthouse Grill and Tiki Bar's Halloween Party usually has a kid-centric pre-party, then caters to adults with live music, "Creepy Cocktails," and a costume contest.

Fishermen's Village is sure to be hosting fun Halloween events, which will likely include a costume parade for the littles, a costume contest, live DJ, bounce houses, and more!

The Twisted Fork loves a party and their Halloween bashes are usually epic, with live music, costume contests, and more.

Downtown Kava has been hosting an annual Halloween Party for the last couple of years and they just keep getting bigger and better. Note: costumes are mandatory.

History Park Market, taking place each Sunday morning, usually features Trick or Treating and their Annual Pet Costume Parade.

No holiday is complete without a visit to the Celtic Ray Public House. Their St. Patrick's Day parties are legendary, but their Halloween bashes are right up there.

Dean's South of the Border usually celebrates with live music, costume contests, and more.
