A Big Menu Full of Unique Flavors
Comfort food at a whole new level.

Meet Bert Parsley
The Owner/Operator of Twisted Fork, Bert Parsley, has been in the restaurant world since he was 14. After a brief stint in culinary school, he knew this was his future, and worked his way up to eventually create Twisted Fork.
He envisioned a unique restaurant and live music venue, where everything is big and bold, from the massive footprint of the place to the huge menu. He made it happen and then some.
The Twisted Fork welcomes everyone looking to enjoy elevated comfort food delivered by staff who genuinely like people and believe in customer service.
"Why you should eat here: for the experience.”
- Bert Parsley

Twisted Fork's Philosophy
The kitchen is run old-school: everything is made in-house, from dressings to sauces and everything in between.
The pizza dough recipe is 50 years old and they proof it for two days. Fresh, never frozen, is the rule, especially for signature dishes like chicken wings, hog wings, and the much-loved Twisted Sprouts…a dish with the power to make almost anyone like Brussel sprouts!
The large menu is full of hearty dishes presented with a creative twist. Combine that with a calendar of nightly entertainment, a rustic and fun atmosphere, Twisted Fork truly stands out in Southwest Florida.
Inside, there are 42 TVs, including the largest screen in Charlotte County at 10 by 7 feet, so if you’re looking to watch your favorite sports, you'll find all your teams here.
Most requested dishes from the kitchen include shrimp & grits, meatloaf, hand-cut steaks, prime rib, and those crowd-pleasing starters.
If you ask Bert to choose the best dish, he can’t—there’s too much he likes.

Not Just a Restaurant
Bert's Back Porch, the 25,000 square feet of covered event space behind the restaurant, makes this a true rain-or-shine venue for concerts, parties, and nightly entertainment.
