Where Waterfront Dining Meets Serious Smoke
Standout dishes crafted by one of the few female pitmasters in the game.

Meet Donna Almodovar
Donna, the pitmaster at Lighthouse Grill and Tiki Bar, has also served as the restaurant’s prep manager for the past four years, so she knows her way around. Thriving in a traditionally male-dominated role, she’s carved out her own place through determination, curiosity, and hard work.
She may be petite, but she handles the smoker like a pro, crafting everything from brisket to wings with techniques she taught herself through research and (literal) trial by fire. Along with the waterfront location and laid-back vibes, Donna is a big part of what makes this spot memorable for locals and visitors alike: a skilled pitmaster with a genuine love for what she does.
"Coming here to start my smoker in the morning and watching the sun rise, that’s the most exciting thing about my job.”
- Donna Almodovar

Lighthouse Grill’s Philosophy
Lighthouse Grill offers great food, unforgettable sunsets, and a true tiki-bar vibe backed by live entertainment. The menu leans heavily into smoked items and grouper, with Donna’s work on the pit setting the tone for the place. She smokes up to 960 wings at a time, 1,200 when both sides of the smoker are going. Rumor has it they're the best in town, and Donna is proud to agree.
Visitors can expect brisket, wings, smoked favorites, and the kind of relaxed, coastal energy that keeps people lingering long after they’ve finished their meal. As Donna puts it, “We are literally on the Flavor Coast.”
Sunset Dining
Lighthouse Grill is an easy choice for a daytime lunch or a sunset stop. Come for the smoked wings, stay for the waterfront views, and enjoy live music drifting in from the tiki bar.
