Making Boating Easy and Affordable!
We are a family owned and operated business that has been thriving since 2018. When we took over the marina in 2018, we set out to be the friendliest, cleanest and most efficient dry rack storage facility in the area. We are one of the only dry rack storage facilities in the area that permits light self-service work on your boat. This means you can do the job yourself or have our trusted partners do the job for you. Our close-knit community of workers guarantees that your job will get done with the quality you desire. Our Hoist M3500 will lift vessels up to 40’ in length.
Our facility also supports operations for Carefree Boat Club, a luxury, boutique, members-only boat club that offers unlimited boating on exceptionally well cared for and appointed vessels up to 25’ in length. Lemon Bay Boat Rental is our newest venture and operates new luxury tritoon boats.

Dry Stack Storage
Our Hoist M3500 will lift vessels up to 40’ in length. Boats are never moved without a spotter working in tandem with a driver. Storing your vessel with us includes unlimited in/outs, engine flush and rail down wash.

Location
Harbor at Lemon Bay Marina is located at 900 S. McCall Rd in Englewood. On the water we are at ICW marker 25, just north of Stump Pass and south of the Venice Inlet.

I highly recommend Harbor At Lemon Bay. I have rented a boat here several times and they have been nothing but the best. The boats are always clean and ready to go in the water upon my arrival. The staff at the marina are polite and professional. The marina is always clean and has restrooms for their customers. They also have a fuel station here which is very convienent. I can’t wait to get back out on the water and no doubt will be going to Harbor At Lemon Bay to do that.
