What you need to know:

The Race Village Passport includes bus transportation, parking and specials at participating businesses. It cannot be purchased from a bus driver; must be purchased at one of the locations listed below, at the Englewood chamber, or at http://englewoodbeachwaterfest.com. Note: if you purchase online, you will pick up your Passport at the Englewood Florida Chamber of Commerce at 601 S. Indiana Ave. in Englewood. The Chamber will be open over the weekend: call 941.474.5511 for hours.

Handicap Access: SCAT and Dial-a-Ride buses can accommodate wheelchairs. SCAT buses will only pick up in Sarasota county parking lots (north of Prospect Ave.) and are only available on Sunday, November 22. For all other wheelchair accessible buses, call Dial-a-Ride at 941.575.4000.

Lost Child Protocol: Visit the Information Booth at the Race Village entrance.

No dogs allowed; no coolers allowed   ~   No WiFi access or device (phones, tablets) charging stations.

First aid stations will be clearly marked, and EMTs will be on hand   ~   Don't forget your drinking water and sunscreen!

At Englewood Beach:

Friday, Nov. 20: single horse hitch between 6:00–8:00 pm
Saturday, Nov. 21: full hitch between 2:00–4:00 pm
Sunday, Nov. 22: single horse between noon–2:00 pm

~ Racefest Speed, power and excitement come to Englewood Beach with the thrilling off-shore competition of the World Championship for the Offshore Powerboat Association (OPA). Over 40 boats are expected, running at speeds up to—and over—130 miles per hour!

Premier kick-off event: $50 per person, includes hors d'oeuvre, wine, beer, well drinks, raffles, silent auction, live auction, boat rides, 3D printer/3D-printed boat items from local schools.

Practice Day: Tucker Hill live on stage at noon, Clydesdales full hitch in afternoon, Hooters swimsuit contest at 2:30 pm., Maiden Cane on stage 3:30 pm.
